Stress Eating

  • Ack! - work has been CRAZEEEEE the past few days (weeks?) and I've been stress eating! Dagnabit... gained 4 pounds!

    For some reason when I'm stressed, I eat junk. Candy, chips, etc. I wonder why that is? It certainly doesn't make me feel better, and it darn sure does nothing for the diet...

    I'm mad at me!
  • Don't be mad at yourself. Being mad isn't going to take back what you've eaten. When I'm stressed, I do sometimes go for the junk, but what's done is done. Just start over and try and surround yourself with good food.
