ha, mine said 150. That does happen to be my goal, so I guess I'm on the right track (and that's with chosing "rarely" exercising and only 1-2 servings of fruits/veggies a day).
Well it says my lowest weight should be 155, but in reality it will be about 190-197 pounds. Right now I'm probably right under 200 and there just isn't much fat left to lose.
Using the quiz, my highest weight would be 190 ,but at my highest I was 223 pounds.
LOL mine said I weigh 130!! Guess I haven't been on the lifestyle long enough. Besides there is NO WAY I could weigh 130 at my height and build... I would have to be just bones.
Could not have been more accurate. I put in my old lifestyle and it came up with 185 (MY EXACT START WEIGHT) and did my current lifestyle and it came up with 140 (MY EXACT GOAL WEIGHT). I feel like i'm being watched!
I was 100% honest, and it said 140!!! That's not even my goal weight. I'm going to do how I used to eat ~ 235!!!! Wrong again!!! It didn't work for me . . .
My 'now' answers got the weight I'm at now, but still have 15 to lose...lol. My 'before' answers got me 210, and I firmly believe I would have hit that (or higher) in the next year had I not caught myself!
Interesting. I put in my old lifestyle and it said I weigh 195. But it does not take into consideration your height or build. Plus... I DO think my thyroid tumor made a huge difference and my doctor agreed. I have been able to lose weight since they chopped it out and got the meds adjusted.
This is mine, I'm a ways off but I have changed to the answers in this questionaire in the last 6 months, so it looks like if I keep it up then I'll lose that weight!
Unfortunately I just had a 5 day binge fest while on vacation. I probably gained a few back. Doh. back on that horse, right?

If you weigh less than this, you either have a fast metabolism or are about to gain weight.
If you weigh more than this, you may be losing a few pounds soon!
