The Weirdness of WATER WEIGHT
 

Sometimes it's hard ... to be.... a wooooomaaaannnnnn....

Water weight - does it ever even HAPPEN to men???? I swear.... two days ago I'm at 158, and today I'm at 165. I KNOW that is "literally" impossible to gain SEVEN pounds in two days. I KNOW it's water weight (period is coming! ack!) - but still - when I see that on the scale, I get miffed!!!

Of course, I'm equally as happy when the period is over & the bloating is gone, & it LOOKS like I've LOST seven pounds in a couple of days! :dizzy:

I know!!! TOM----BLAH:p Since having mine now this month, I've been yo-yoing between 225 and 220!

Isnt it crazy how no matter how many times we tell others and tell ourselves it is just water weight, when you see it on your scale it just instantly makes you want to go eat chocolate or just scream in frustration? I was talking someone ealier on the board and we decided that basically we have one good week out of the month...sad sad.
