intro and a question!
hi ladies!! i've been lurking around here for about a week now, and decided it's where i need to be.
my name is Tracy, i'm 26 (27 on sat. eeeek:dizzy: )i'm married and have 2 gorgeous children. hayley just turned 2, and mason is 9 mos. i started going to the gym in july and also started doing WW at that time. i was doing great and then got knocked off my feet w/a sprained ankle. no working out whatsoever for 3wks. and for that 3wks i did awful on my *diet*. i fortunately didn't gain in that time and i've been back on track for about 3wks and have lost 7.5lbs in that time.:carrot: my goal is to loose 30 more pounds by the end of the year. and then i will re evaluate and decide where to go from there. so there's my intro. i look forward to getting to know all of you! my question:where do i get the cutesy little tickers? and how do i put a pic up?
