Tonight, I will...
- Do 20 minutes (or more) of cardio. I'm shooting for 40, but won't beat myself up if I'm too dog tired.
- Do 40 minutes of strength, to make up for make skippy yesterday. Right? Right. Public self-affirmation should be enough to hold me to my word. |

I skipped the strength training. Some of hubby's friends came over and we went outside and played for an hour instead. :)
