Anyway, I stuck to my plan yesterday, and here's today's menu:
- sliced ham w/pineapple chunks
- 2 packets reduced-sugar instant oatmeal
- lightly salted mixed nuts
- 2 turkey burgers w/ff mayo and bbq sauce (no buns)
Of course, I was very hungry when I had them since I had them for lunch at work, so today I have planned better hopefully in that I will have the nuts as my snack between lunch and dinner. I'll just take a measuring cup of the nuts (maybe 1/4 or 1/3 cup, depending on how hungry I am) instead of the whole can to make sure I don't go crazy with them again. Wish me luck!
