I'm craving fastfood hard core!!!

Please encouragement and postive thoughts needed!

What do you tell yourself when your craving?

Its been over a week without fastfood, please I dont wanna break....

I'm following the Atkins plan, and something Dr. A said in his book really resonated with me: "The only cure for addiction is abstinence." I know it's harsh, but it's true. I'm certain the cravings will go away with time, but if you give in now it'll just be that much longer before you're free!

(I personally believe that there are chemicals added to fast food to MAKE us addicted to it. I let that fuel my resolution not to eat it; I don't like being manipulated by big business.)

That's great pumpkinprincess. I wish i was as strong as you. I was going 4 days with no fast food, but a personal pan from Pizza Hut did me in. And the rest is history....

I will try to make that one of my personal challenges. To see how long I can go with out the fast food.

I work in a family owned burger joint. It is hard for me to stay away from the food. I am at work during dinner, So I would usually just eat something at work so far I am on day three of taking my dinner with me. I am a fast food addict! But I am GOING to loose 50 pounds! I am I am I am!!!
