Did so well yesterday!

  • First time I've tried in FOREVER> and it went well!
    I had all day to just concentrate on my diet and well being....
    and then....I exercised...
    and then....ate right...3 small meals, two small (but protein) snacks
    and then....3 pints of water, 1 diet coke and one 35 cal hot chocolate...
    and then....Lost 2 pounds last night!

    I am making a 21 day commitment- 2/2/1
    Gotta go exercise and make plans for the day- bye!
  • Now...remember this feeling! Every day you stick to it just make it that much easier to stick to it again the next day--keep up the good work!
