hi my name is sammy and im looking for a buddy someone who will motivate me and encourage me to work hard and lose weight im 147 right now and wish to be 108 by november 22 that is my goal and challange i have already lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!! please share your diet and excercise tips and support much appreciated!
Hey Tamajama - I'm new here also. I'm 145 right now and hope to get down to 130 within the next couple of months. I was 16 and lost the weight by just watching what I eat (portion control is really hard for me) and excercising. My food vice is candy. I'm addicted to things like twizzlers and jellybeans. I try not to keep too much of it in the house. I do alow myself to eat it because if I didn't I would pig out on it eventually. As far as exercising I like to walk, ride my stationary bike and sometimes do Taebo. It's been a struggle and I've been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. for a couple of months now but I'm not giving up. How did you lose your weight.
