Let me give you a fast history so you can understand where I'm coming from. I've lost alomst 50 lbs since January 2005, I truly do not need to shed anymore numbers, I'm around 122 lbs and I'm 5'1". I have toned up quite nicely EXCEPT the lower belly. Call it a pooch, spare tire, chub roll, and my personal favorite the buddah belly! (it looks like that little statue, no kidding) So what I want to know is it TRUE that sugar is probably the reason for this???? Is anybody having luck trimming up their lower gut???? It has come down to diet, I think, I'm not sure what else it could be. I do cardio/strength 4-6 days a week alway for at least 60 mins. It's been over 1&1/2 yrs I've been working out faithfully and eating a lower fat diet (which I hear has all kinds of hidden sugars in it) And that darn gut just won't leave, shrink, or just plain old go away! HELP!!! This has to be the most frustrating part of this whole lose weight/dieting journey, the last of the fat! No wonder so many people give in and have a tummy tuck! I'm starting to count my pennies!!!!
