Planning for SUNDAYS (yes, it can be done!)
Well, I had some leftover pasta for dinner yesterday, so while the diner lunch probably put me over in calories for the day (especially with the carrot cake!), I don't think it's extreme or undoable damage ;)
As for today, the plan will be something like:

B-1 corn tortilla, 2 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese
L-veggie sushi, 1 coors lite S-(cooking out)grilled talapia, veggie kebobs, berries with a little chocolate cool whip |
Yum you're making me hungry.
