for about a month i had been exercising everyday
eating healthy watching my portions and keeping track of my calories, i did not lose not 1 lb
i had a stressful week last week and i ate what i wanted
when i wanted and exercised only 3 days, a 2 mile walk
nothing heart pounding and i lost 7 lbs, i dont understand what is going on
dont get me wrong i am happy
i lost 7 lbs i am not complaining, its just that this is how i have lost most of my weight, when i put in the work i lose nothing and when i go off track i lose
is this happening to anyone else, is this bad for my body,does anyone know what is going on
