Hi, my name is Samantha and I'm 24. I have 2 kids, 3 years and almost 8 months. I would really like to lose 30lbs and I need help. I think I just need support and people to help keep me on track.

I was looking into signing up for ediets or the mayo clinic diet plan...but before I pay any money, I would really like to know if it works. Does anyone have any experience with these diets?
