Phase II question

Hi eveyone, I am in my second week on phase II and cannot find any information regarding catsup. When can I have it again, if ever, and how much? I want to try the zucchini fries recipes I found under Phase II and it says to serve with catsup. Thanks so much! Trying to figure out the ticker....ao instead I will report my progress here....day 24 and I have lost 15 pounds weeeeeeeee! Starting weight 220

You posted this in the general support section, not in a certain diet section. Phase 2 of what? There are a lot of diets now that have "phases." If you meant to post this in the Sonoma or South Beach sections, you would be much more likely to get responses from others doing the same diet as you there. Good luck!
