Saturday planning thread

  • B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, 2 tbs natural peanut butter

    S - (woke up late, no morning snack today)

    L - made veggie tacos with those Morning Star farm steak strips - those things are GOOD and tons of protein! 3 whole wheat tortillas, 1/2 package of steak strips, a little low fat cheese, tons of salsa, spinach leaves

    S - tall non fat sugar free vanilla latte

    S - 1.5 cups of cherries (cherry season, FINALLY!!!)

    S - cut up veggies (orange pepper strips, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, sugar snap peas)

    D - 6 oz of salmon (glazed with olive oil, honey, red wine), big baked sweet potato, broccoli
