I have a 20 lb mini goal to reach before July 22. I already lost 3 so I think I have a good chance. I have a good friend who is doing this with me which makes it a lot easier I want to be able to buy something cute when I go to the beach!!

What does NSV mean? It seems like there is some new abbreviation every day!!!

Non Scale Victory.

Such as when someone gives you a compliment on how you're looking as you're losing weight.

Or, how a pair of jeans that you couldn't get into before now fit you marvelously.

Victories of losing weight w/o stepping on the scale!

I have a 15 pound mini goal for the end of July! We can both do it I have made it past my first 4 days of eating healthier and exercise, the hardest part for me is the first few days I know we can make it happen

Thanks everyone! Having such support makes things easier, especially with the Memorial Day week-end here. Things will be ok if I just keep my goal in mind.
