Have any of you found it really difficult to get below a certain amount? I mean at the moment I am trying everything and I cant get below 12 stone - it is really disheartening me big time. I just curious as to how you may have smashed the barriers out of the way like I want to.
I seem to be stuck now with 5 lbs. to goal. In one way, I think maybe I am afraid to hit goal. Not sure why, but I am trying to log my food, exercise plenty and drink the water , while waiting a week to weigh. Weighing daily has just made it too frustrating for me. Good luck in breaking the barrier.
