I try really hard to eat more during the day in hopes that I won't be so hungry at night,,but that doesn't happen. I need snacks that will fill me up,,I am trying to do low carbs,,but I still do fruit,,lower carb fruit. My problem is I love crunchy stuff like crackers and chips,,not so much a chocolate or sweet lover,,just crunchy and salty,,any suggestions here? I am new here but the support is just wonderful,,thanks to all!
