Make a Plan for Tuesday May 16
Hello everyone :) Hope everyone is having a good day.
S- banana B- protein juice; strawberry yogurt; two pieces whole wheat toast; low fat cream cheese; chicken lunch meat S- coffee with fat free cream S- few peanuts L- salad (romain lettuce, shrimp, dressing); few crackers S- apple pear (not sure what they are really called) D- something with ground beef Water- 6 liters Exericse- already done 1 hour on my bike might do some more later :dance: |
Oats with sugar-free syrup for breakfast, ham and cheese roll-up on whole wheat tortilla for lunch, grilled chicken, brocolli and salad for dinner. Watermelon for dessert. Yummy.

B-all bran/milk s-snack bar L-grilled chicken/salad<<<got money from hubby..tehe s-none D-something...But what? Last night walk did not happen I blame it all on the new puzzle I got. I am going to try for my walk and weights. Some core stuff to. I got a new DVD... |
