Make a Plan for Monday May 15
Where is everyone?
Well I had a bad weekend, eating wise - I was down two pounds on Saturday morning (my weigh it day) but back up 5 this morning (probably water weight) but know I don't know if I can really count my loss or not! but anyway, here's to a better day (I hope!!) S- banana B- protein drink; watermelon; vector cereal; skim milk S- coffee with fat free french vanilla cream S- baby carrots; cucumber L- salad (lettuce, tuna, crazy hot dressing); crackers S- fruit source bar D- half a piece of homemade pizza; salad (or something like that - I have to get that pizza out of the house, haha) Water- 6 liters Exericse- already did 1 hour on my exericse bike, might do more later |

B-1/2 a Bacon, cheese, egg. biscuit.<<<I know s-none L-salad with grilled chicken s-not sure D-? I hope I can get some shopping done today. walk 40mins 15 Core |
Yep,,I was pretty bad all week-end too! Trying to make up for it today and the rest of the week. I am stuck in my office which is a old concrete bookroom in a High School,,no windows and pretty depressing. 8 more days after today and I am off for the summer YAY!!! I know I will do better as I have more energy when I am off,,can get up and do treadmill, work in my gardens, swim,,and be more active! The weather is pretty crappy here so at least its not too bad being stuck inside when its not so pretty outside.
B-cereal bar and orange s-lowfat cheese stick L-a few slices of turkey sliced thin sandwich meat, raw veggies and lite ranch, S-yogurt D-frozen south beach meal and strawberries S-almonds Lots of H2O to get rid of this fluid!! Going up and down the stairs alot at work and treadmill and weights tonite. |

I have been drinking 6 liters of water a day... I feel like I live on the potty, haha.
