Searched out this thread because I'm so stuck and frustrated, as I see many of us are! Mind you, after 4 years of trying to lose dispite diet and exercise, I'm t-h-r-i-l-l-e-d with my results sinse January ( I was ultimately diagnosed with Insulin resistance )

Having said that and gotten that out of the way ( lol ) I'm totally at a loss as to why I've just stopped losing...kaput! I've read through all of the posts and will mix things up (again) in the exercise department and maybe, if I am gutsy enough, try eating more?

I tend to get easily discouraged quickly. I guess after so much effort ( pre-diagnosis ) with so little progress, I automatically begin to panic thinking "here I go again". I'm trying to learn to trust my body again.

Thanks for letting me "vent" ladies!

i was reading on another board that if you drink 32 ounces of water fast for breakfast, lunch and dinner you will start losing again. something to do with your metabolism. i tried this and it worked for me pretty good. just a suggestion!
