New To This..first Post

    hi my name is kim and i'm new to this...actually i made this account a while back but this is my first post....I am finally ready to lose weight seriously!!! i am at my highest weight and 268 and i wanna reach my ideal weight which is 130..i have support group (my friends) but i need to lose so much more than them i do not feel like i am getting as much of support as i could (but they do mean well) hopefully this will help me!!
