Help going to exercise
 

I'm sitting here trying to get motivated to go to the gym and wishing somebody would help me get off my duff. I know I could find a buddy on the boards here but if I were someone's buddy, I would be hardpressed to call them every MWF to tell them to go exercise.

Since I'm a dreamer and always coming up with ideas for businesses, I wondered if there is anyone else out there like me.

So the question is: would you pay $10 a month to have someone call you and encourage you to go exercise? Someone who could remind of why you need to go and how it will help you feel better?

Hopefully, in 30 minutes I'll be at the gym and wondering why I even bothered to post this note.

funny q. no, I personally wouldn't. I feel like it's part of the process getting myself into the good habits. To me, the $10 would be better spent on rewards for my doing what I need to do (or going towards the gym membership).

Phone: "Briiiiiiiing, briiiiiiiing" (hard to simulate a phone ringing in text, but you get the idea)

Me: (checking Caller ID) "Dang, it's that exercise remindergal again..."

Phone: "I'm sorry we can't come to the phone right now..."

Me: "Whew, dodged again! Now, where did I stash those cookies?"

Maybe if you paid ME $10 every time I showed up at exercise... hmmmm now there's a thought!

Ha! You're right! That's what would happen. Bummer....didn't think of that.

Oh and that was $10 a month not per call.

its like that commercial for Special K!! where the phone rings and its some caller about being 10 lbs ago or something like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
