Not feeling so great today .Since unable to eat solid foods and being on boost and shakes and yogurt it is rough. Got my ct scan results back and have a 7 cm cyst in my spleen ... have had this before and it was drained . Now feel weak. I think it is from not eating the right foods but there is nothing I can do until I see the specialist. I phoned to be put on the cancelation list. So hope to get on there sooner. . I been down this road before and I don't think I can pull through another round with the dr's here. I feeling like I am dropping in weight and gettin weak but got to keep going .:?:

p.s my dr says my reward in all of this will be the weightloss but to me the reward will be to eat better and to stay on a healthy diet.
