  • I would check but I used a lot of custom foods and never enter it in, so it wont do me much good
  • BUT it only makes you retain water... not gain. So it is okay in moderation. I try not to cover my rice in soya sauce or anything, haha

    I havent had them before today and I thought the bag would be small, but it actually had quit a few of thise little cookies in them, ALOT more then I expected. 100 calories, 2 grams of fat, 19 carb, and 1 protien. Not too bad! Anyway just wanted to share my find with you

  • They are kinda like a chip AND a cookie! Of course, not an everday snack. But a nice treat once and a while
