Good Morning, gang . . .

How about something a little different for the next two months? Let's see how much we, as a group, can LIGHTEN THE LOAD on our Country.

You don't need to set an individual goal unless you want to . . . just pop in here every Saturday and let us know how you did in the previous week. I'll tally the results and let us know on Sunday how we did for the week and for the duration of the challenge thus far.

Lifeguard... Did you prehaps make a mistake with your ticker for Canada Day goal?

I am also doing the 4th of july challenge and my own birthday one (july 23) so I have kinda put them all into one. That is to get down to 170. I started a whole ago and the loss has been really slow and it is starting to become unreasonable so I may have to change it 180.
