Question How will I look like after weight loss?

Hi everybody!
I did. I started on my diet... I need to loose 80 to 100lbs but I want to do it right, slowly and nicely.
I do wonder however how will my body look like after the loss?
I have what they call "twin belly flab" after the birth of my twins 5 1/2 months ago and terrible stretch marks on my belly (despite all the "wonder" creams etc)... also, a lot of cellulite.

Where will all this extra skin go?
I am a little limited in exercise due to previous injuries and pelvic injury sustained during pregnancy. But I can walk and I do walk 45 mins a day, while pushing a 100lbs double stroller

I don't want to be super model mom, but I want to look ok in a bathing suit, you know?
Anything I can do to help my skin not sag?
I am 28 btw if that helps...

Thank you!
Choco

Your guess on how you will look is as good as anyones.

No one knows. NO ONE! When you lose weight weird things happen. If you do end up with hanging skin the only way to really get rid of it is with surgery. But they say to give it time because some of it will go back.

Don't worry about that now. Just focus on being healthy

Here! here! (raises glass of water)

All of what she said it true....Think about eating healthy...Workout as much as you can. Myself I have bad knees and I only walk 40 mins a day. So just as long as you get some kind of workout....And yes the pick up and putting down the twins is a workout....lol

Some exercise (even if only 10 min walk around the block) is better then none at all.

Hi Choco
I had the exact same concern as you did about the whole skin thing.
I finally came to the realization that there are way too many things that I could be focusing my efforts on. If all I did is worry about what would happen to the extra skin I think I would drive myself crazy. I know its hard not to think about I simpy don't dwell on it.
I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey.

I have lost 80 lbs. so far and have a little loose skin but not near as bad as I had imagined it would be. My exercise is mostly walking due to health problems. I am a lot older than you (46) so I imagine your skin will be much more elasticized than mine and look so much better. Either way, you'll look great with the weight off and not mind wearing that bathing suit. Also, my stretch marks are thin white lines and barely noticeable even to me now. Good luck ,and don't ever let the fear of what you will look like stop you from getting healthier.
