I have great legs from about upper-mid thigh down
I got really good boobs (34D and perky) and a good size butt to form the hourglass figure. My collarbone is phenominal I have great hair, teeth, eyes, and a straight nose My hands and wrist are small I've got a good tan so far I love my feet! Even though my mom calls them duck feet:o So if we're bragging (which is what this thread is about) I gotta say I'm quite the hottie now. My friends say I've always had the face, now I just have the body to match. I hoping in the last 10 pounds I'll loss the last of my thighs and small tummy although all of my walking and Taekwondo has really toned up that saddlebag area (along with my butt). |
Wow! Such beautiful women!
I love my long neck, I wear long dangly earrings to show it off! I love my long legs, not slim, but still can turn some heads.(Husband loves it when I wear a short skirt). I love my green eyes. I love my laugh, it is loud and hearty. Kristine |
ooooh good one kristin. i must like my laugh too, because there is nothing timid about it. when i find something amusing...i laugh hard and loud!!! sometimes i think i should try to tone it down...but for the most part...it just comes out like it wants. i like to have a good time and i like for others to know i have a good time.

The fact that I feel vain and arrogant posting in this thread? I'm not too sure about that one . . . (my modesty, huh?)
1. BONES everywhere!! Collar bones have appeared, cheek bones, shoulder bones, hip bones (when I'm supine), wrist bones, ankle bones, and I have the boniest hands! I LOVE feeling and seeing bones! I wake up every morning, and my hands go immediately up to my collar bones to see if they are still poking out. 2. My waist length naturally wavy hair (I get complimented on this feature the most) 3. My long eyelashes 4. My disgustingly high IQ (now this one I'm arrogant about) 5. My creativity 6. My writing ability 7. My altruistic and empathetic nature 8. My ability to understand children 9. My philosophical musings 10. My impeccable grammar and spelling capabilities 11. My taste in literature, film, and art 12. My unwavering convictions 13. My love and compassion for ALL human beings I need higher self esteem about my looks, I'm only happy with those 3 parts :( Oh, I remembered another one: 14. My skin! Okay four is better. Does anyone feel that their "What I don't like about myself" list would be much longer than this one? I KNOW mine would be; while I was thinking of this list, the things that I don't like kept nudging their way into my brain. But a list like that would probably be counterproductive, so I'm not going to go there. |

Why? well, because as you said, harpo, my list of things i don't like about myself is WAY too long - and i know what they are...but I really AM a beautiful person. And ya know what? I have no problem stating that. Does that make me conceited? Maybe it does. I really don't care! lol. here's some more: 1. I'm a fantastic singer (i get this from my mom and grandfather - who was good enough to be professional...) 2. I'm able to run for 20 minutes straight on the treadmill. 3. I may have gained back 20 pounds from my lowest (which I hit goal in June of 2004) - and I got back up to 180...HOWEVER...in the past 2 years since I DID hit goal, I've only EVER made it up to 180 - I never let myself past that - AND now I'm back down to 170 (and i know i WILL be down to 150 again). 4. I really do have a nice butt!!! Every guy I've ever dated has told me so - and I have one pair of jeans that - oooh yeah! lol. I seriously could keep going on, but I really hope this thread keeps going! I really really enjoy reading everyone's posts!! Again, we all need to "ALLOW" ourselves to KNOW what is "good" about ourselves and NOT be ashamed and also not feel that we can't like and be proud of these things! I'm not saying we NEED to be conceited - but the truth is - we're here on 3fatchicks because we're not happy with ourselves for the most part and we are trying to change our lifestyles...and unfortunately - there's WAY too many things we hate about ourselves - and it's healthy to know that there ARE great things about ourselves! :-P anyways though - again, i LOVE reading everyone's responses. keep em' comin'!! |
Hmm, let me think about this
My smile, though it's generally 40 year old women (instead of 20 something guys) who compliment me on this My boobs- I still have DDs, and they've finally filled in again after deflating after losing about 10 pounds on my upper body, and they don't hurt me anymore! My flexibility- I've worked at it for years and am quite proud that I still have most of it My intelligence My spark of insane random creativity |
Oh man, I'm gonna come across as one vain b* here.
I like: 1) My face. The balance of features I have. I'm not drop-dead gorgeous (though I did cause a wreck once because of someone looking at me & not the road, I think that was more the way I was dressed at the time ;)), but I'm OK. I make cute babies. I like my dark eyes and my full lips and even my big nose, which is the most ethnic thing about me. There are a lot of people in Oklahoma who look just like me! 2) My hair. It's super wavy and almost back down to my butt. Pregnancy does great things for my hair. 3) The curve of neck into shoulder, and my collarbones that have made a return appearance. 4) My boobs. They're big, but more to the point they have nourished three children quite well (two currently, one of those exclusively). There's nothing like breastfeeding to make you apprecate your girls. :) 5) The combo of hips and waist. My waist is proportionately small, and my hips create a shelf underneath them. 6) My legs. Especially my calves. I've literally been stopped and complimented by complete strangers! 7) My ability to walk long distances. And my willingness to do so. 8) My IQ. This gets me into trouble ever since I had a psychologist stop in the middle of testing me to say that I had no business training to be a CNA, since I'm smarter than most doctors (I was trying to qualify for a training program). I'm seriously smarter than like 98% of the population. 9) My reproductive system. I have PCOS. I have 3 daughters. Each is a blessing and a victory. I've had 2 c-sections (breech babies) and had a VBA2C almost six months ago. I sometimes get the urge to stop random strangers on the street and hop onto my vaginal birth :soap:. I try to suppress the urge. 10) My accent. I'm from South Texas. I sound like it. I lived for four years somewhere I absolutely loathed, and I liked being able to set myself apart merely by speaking. 11) I'm stubborn. It has stood me in good stead quite often, this trait. 12) I seem to be a pretty likeable person. Which is to say that most who have met me have liked me. Not all, of course, but most. I get high marks for compassion and loyalty. I honestly make an effort to be a good person, so to get feedback that I'm succeeding is nice. 13) I'm good at learning foreign languages. I took both German & Russian in high school (actually started the former in 6th grade). Unfortunately, I've had no cause to use either for years, so I've lost a lot of it. But I have no doubt I could pick it up again easily enough. 14) I'm a great crocheter. I have been crocheting 15 years now. I can create great-looking garments from scratch, & I regularly do. I've been told my patterns are good too. 15) I have an excellent memory. I never had to study during school because of this. (Which led to some awkward moments when I was held up as an example of good study habits; how do you say, "No, I actually memorized it by accident"?) I am an endless font of completely useless information. Things do eventually get pushed out of my mind by other useless bits of trivia, but I knew the last time my hubby's ex-roomie Larry had sex for far longer than I wanted to.:lol3: I'll stop now. I don't want to sound too full of myself. :dizzy: |
