Good Morning to all!
Well, I made it through the soccer weekend with all the Barbie Doll moms! Not only did I make it, but I lost 1 lb.! I just kept telling myself that I no longer wanted to be uncomfortable in my own skin. We went to Red Lobster to eat, and I enjoyed myself without binging! I'm looking for 2 more lbs (hopefully) by the end of the week. Is this realistic?
