I weigh EVERY day, lol, for.. scientific purposes you could say. It doesn't really depress me like it used to, watching my weight fluctuate. I even like to weigh myself twice a day, to see how differant some odd hours can make. I always weigh myself when I wake up (after I do the morning 'ritual' XD) and at midnight on the dot. I've found that I usually gain 2-3 pounds during the day's course.
Other than that.. I always wear the same type of clothing (a pair of PJs usually) and I've been taking down my.. "research".. into a Spreadsheet. It's what I like to do with just about everything, I think I like Spreadsheets a little too much. It's fun playing scientist. ^^
Overall though, I stick to the 'one week' rule for counting how much I've lost. My 'check' day is usually Sunday, afterwards I make a week and total summary.
