srmb60 04-20-2006 10:55 AM

You bet I do!
I've had oatmeal and egg whites.
I'm going biking.
I'll have a peach, whey protein and psyillium shake when I get back.
I should lift for shoulders.
I'm going to work for a couple of hours at 3 pm and I'll take fruit, cottage cheese and yogurt.
And in between I'll have a left over chicken thigh and some crunchy vegetables.

JustJuneBug 04-20-2006 10:56 AM

YAY!!

Well i had 2 of those lean pocket breakfast deals today for a change up!

And I just went and grabbed me a string cheese and a boiled egg from the fridge.

I have another of that planned for later this afternoon.

I also have a yogurt in there to eat before I leave for school this evening. thats my dinner :(

I have no idea what I am going to have for lunch though, since I didnt bring anything from home (running late again this morning)

Also today (and tomorrow) are days off from exercise, tonight cause of school and tomorrow i am not running because i am running a 5K early Saturday morning!

srmb60 04-20-2006 10:56 AM

Maybe with two threads we could inspire more folks to plan!

lovemygordie 04-20-2006 12:18 PM

Here's my plan for the day...

B-2 scrambled eggs w/ veggies & a Boca burger breakfast patty
S-almonds
L-leftover spicy turkey burger in a whole wheat pita & salad
S-fruit (either an apple or some strawberries & blueberries)
D-tofu stir fry w/ lots of veggies and cucumber salad

My other plan is to come up with some arm exercises to do with the free weights I recently bought. I used to lift weights somewhat regularly so I'll incorporate some of those exercises with some new ones, too. I want to come up with a couple of different routines to do on alternating days because I'm VERY self conscious about my arms and the weather is getting warmer! Seriously, I wear long sleeves unless it's above like 85 degrees, and I'm tired of doing that!!

sotypical 04-20-2006 12:24 PM

Today (can't wait for lunch, it is going to be SOO yummy!):

B- yogurt; kashi go lean crunch; skim milk; 1 piece toast; fat free cheese slice
L- fruit source bar; wrap (whole wheat tortilla, low fat cream cheese, pickled asparagus, salad mix, shrimp fried in hot sauce, and some extra hot sauce)
S- frozen grapes and frozen strawberies
D- not sure yet - maybe a sandwitch or some sort a begal or maybe another wrap; I will have to see what is left in the fridge when I get home

Exercise- walk 45-60min; check out my pilates dvd play with the ball thingy; maybe do some crunchs and play with the weight I bought... something like that
water- 3+ liters

The boyfriend is back at work tonight - that means I am much less likely to eat something I shouldn't! yay!

la3y_un1c0rn_37 04-20-2006 12:27 PM

sotypical 04-20-2006 03:41 PM

la3y_un1c0rn_37 04-20-2006 03:46 PM

Would you eat them in a house or with a mouse...

JustJuneBug 04-20-2006 04:34 PM

you know i am not sure how they make it at Chacho's

but typically here in Texas if you say Green Rice, its the Green Rice casserole with white rice, broccoli and melted cheese then baked...yes FATTENING.

however at Chacho's its like white rice, but its green...kinda spinchy...i figure since its green its better than the spanish rice? :):):) I only had like um 1/2 cup of it maybe.

agreed.

even though being "coonass" i was raised on white (hence my weight issues since birth), but the last year or more i turned to brown rice.

i make it with the beef or chicken broth instead of water...add all sorts of spices including cayenne pepper...and it satisfies me!!

about every couple of months i will make a pot of white rice as a treat!!

sotypical 04-20-2006 05:10 PM

I like to cook my chicken breasts or pork chops in cream of mushroom soup and put it on top of nice WHITE rice... very good. But the soup is high in fat.

srmb60 04-20-2006 07:38 PM

Oi! I leave them alone for a few hours and look what happens!

sotypical 04-20-2006 08:02 PM
