I started dieting about a month ago. I have been watching what I eat, keeping it to fruits, vegtibles, boneless chicken with the occational turkey wrap as subway, I lost 7 lbs the first week. I have not changed anything, if anything I have been more active. I havent lost an ounce since. I am ready to say forget it and just accept being fat.

, I used to be able to loose weight very fast, I have always had a weight problem, I think I have probably lost three people in my life time. I just don't understand why its not coming off as fast this time. Maybe its because I am 38 now. I know its now or never. I have to do something.
