Weird thing with fitday... anyone know?
I happened to notice today that sometimes I can walk for an hour at 3.5 and burn 216 calories, sometimes 217, somethimes 218, etc. Always the same time same pace and it changes depending on the day. Anyone know why?
I mean it is no big deal... I just can't figure out why it does it, haha And I tried changing the distance but it doesn't make a difference. |
does it vary with your weight by chance? technically you should burn fewer calories as you lose weight... but a 1 calorie change seems pretty small...

ohhhh I bet you that's it! haha cuz I changed my weigh entered today, lol - it wasnt a huge loss, like 1.5 pounds - so that makes HUGE sense! haha thanks!
