newbie/intro!
Hi folks!
I'm new to the site! I'm counting calories, trying to exercise more. I've been
'dieting' for almost 2 weeks and the weight just doesn't want to let go!!!
It's been frustrating. I was less than stellar over the holiday weekend, still not as bad as I could have been, so there is a small victory! I've committed to walking the track at the Y while my girls are at gymnastics 2x a week, and hopefully before long will be able to add more exercise in. I am almost 40, sahm of 3, 2 are being homeschooled this year, and I've just moved. Life is busy, busy, busy!
