Default April 16th Plan for the Perfect Day!

HI HI HI!!

I hope everyone has a Happy Easter and stays on the wagon as best as possible!

Easy for me since today will be just another day. Most of the family is off doing other things this year, so I have no plans for big meals or anything.

I did REALLY well yesterday and plan to do the same the rest of the week since I went grocery shopping and got all good things!! lots of fiber and protein!

Today I plan:

Breakfast: bowl of Kashi Go Lean Crunch; 1/2 banana; 2% milk ( i never had this cereal but Target had it on sale, 3 boxes for $7 and MAN IS IT GOOD!!)
Lunch: turkey and swiss on whole grain bread
Snack: (if i feel like it) light yogurt or an apple w/ string cheese
Dinner: Soup with some tortilla chips and salsa
Snack: cup of dreyers ice cream (no sugar added kind)

as far as exercise, not sure if i will do any since i did 5 miles yesterday, i might just take today off!!

Good moring Junebug! It's nice to see your smiling face!

I think I have a day without obligation again. As long as DH will take the college boy back to school, I don't even really have to make Easter dinner.

I think I'll do legs and go for a bike ride.
And food will probably be my standard ... oatemal and egg whites
a shake
protein and veggies for lunch
protein and veggies for supper
and a nice big bowl or two of yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit for snacks

And I have a half page list of household things to do.

I don't count calories on Sunday and it's a good thing, too, because we're all getting ready to go out to eat. This will be my big meal of the week, so I'm not worried about it. I always have a Sunday meal where I eat what I want and as much as I want without worrying about the calories.

Way to go LLV! my day of not worrying about what i ate was friday (since i was off) and my calories came from beer... poo! oh well...it was fun anyway! and i only had 5! at least i didnt over eat!!!

susanB its always good to be able to come back here! life (work) has kept me so busy that i am hardly in front of a computer the past couple of weeks! this week though will be different. i will be stuck in my office the entire week providing software support, so i hope to have time to visit here more (like i was before)!!!

being stuck in my office (and even through lunch) i felt it was crucial that i went to the store and stocked up so i have healthy choices at work this week!!!

Happy Easter Everyone!

B- yogurt; cream of wheat with a bit of milk and a bit of sugar
L- salad with fat free italian dressing; piece of toast with some tuna and hot sauce
D- turkey and all the trimmings

I am trying to try and get it at least 2 liters of water today and try and do at least 30 min on my treadmill

Wrench in plan! The nagging forehead ache I had that got me out of bed too early for a Sunday, will not go away. I kinda thought I could do the old mind over matter thing but it's not working. Nothing is working. I've had to resort to the medications that make me sleepy.
The good news is I won't eat extra ... the last stuff I ate is just sitting below my throat. The bad news is that ... sleeping thru a beautiful day like this is a waste of time!!!! And it irritates me that there is no logical explanation. I had a few processed things to eat yesterday but nothing terrible. Ugh!
I'm whining.
I guess I'm glad it's daylight savings. There should still be some nice sunlight when I'm human again in a few hours.
And since it hurts to lie down, I'll surf around 3fc until I get sleepy. But no more whining!

well i guess that even an hour was too too long. 30 min on each side. i am a bit red. i fell asleep on the couch and when i woke up and to the restroom the back of my legs i could tell were burning... so i looked ... yep...not so much that its bad bad, because i tan easily but i guess no sun to speak of for over a year, i guess i should have done 20/20 on each side.

blah!
