Default Best book for Calorie counting

Can anyone recommend a real good calorie counting book, I would like to start watching my calories and I am looking for a book that includes fast food and restuarants.
Thanks

What I do is just get online for the fast food restaurants most of them have a guild. I just printed all the ones that I eat and keep them in my car. It's always handy that way.

Hi Debbie! I love "Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter (The Calorie King)".

They also have a website. It has TONS of information! Check it out.

And like Jt's post says, most fast food places have websites with nutritional info listed right on the website.

Good luck!

I have a question, I went to website and I am tracking what I ate today, how do you find the calories when you cook a meal yourself and then break it down for 4 people, how do you keep the calories right when you add a little of this and a little of that

Here's a site you can use to analyze your own recipes.

There are tons of great free sites like calorieking and numberous others that will give you counts on most foods. Most fast food sites have their counts available. Good luck!!
