I got a reality check today. I look in the mirror and think it is not that bad. But today I saw a picture that someone took on Friday and I was horrified. Now, I was bending over helping a 3 year old ride a bike but I do not think it matters. What I was looking at would not have been helped by standing up straight.

LOL I had caught the "lard" part :) That's great!

I haven't had a picture of me taken in 4 years! There are also no full length mirrors in my home. I guess that doesn't help. I went to Sears last week to buy new pants, got in front of the 3 way mirror and got so disgusted, I left without buying anything!

Oh I can sure relate to that feeling, Crisco. I avoid cameras like the plague too and was horrified a few months ago when someone took a group shot of us at work (without my knowledge) and emailed it around the group! YIKES!!! But now I dug it out to use as my before picture and actually got nerve enough on Sunday to ask someone to take progress pix with my first 25 pounds gone. LOL I am not about to SHOW them yet though... :)
