Yippy, I just finish my 3rd week

  • of dieting or should I say a new life style. Now onto my 4th week. My weightloss has slowed down but it is still going. I am happy, thank you ladies now I just need to stay motivated

  • Good job on sticking to it!!!! Do you find that its getting easier as you go? I noticed at about a month that it was getting easier to follow my plan. Now as Im on my 4th month, its just natural for me to eat smaller portions and better food. If I eat anything fattening now, I get sick lol.

    Keep it up! Its worth it!! Your worth it!

  • Yes, I find it easier and easier each week. I have found that I trying new things also, different food and such and wanting to work out more. I even went roller skating on Wed
  • Oh wow! I havent been roller skating in 20 years lol. I love trying new foods. Im constantly looking for new recipes. I used to be afraid of change. I wouldnt even try new foods. Im glad I grew out of it LOL
  • Great job! I start my 4th week on Monday. I agree, the lbs flew off in the beginning and now they are slowly getting there but at least they are going.
  • Oh we had a blast roller skating except someone broke their left wrist. She did not even tell us she fell. But she said she would be okay. I told them we needed to do reg stuff like walking for a couple weeks. We have a girls night out on wed were we do fun healthy stuff
  • Great job on getting into your healthy lifestyle. I love the fact that you have a girls night filled with HEALTHY things instead of eating out! I need to get that into my life.
