Your index is your pointer finger right? LOL, there's like a full inch between my finger and thumb, I knew I had a larger frame but sheesh!

Well first I went to this site:
http://inch-aweigh.com/calc_body_fat.htm and used my measurements to calculate body fat

It said my lean body weight is: 125 lbs
Ideal body fat for women is 21%-24%

So I added 22% of 125 lbs which makes my goal 152.5

Jackyl --- I had it done at a doctor's office, and I had a second one done with a personal trainer at a gym. I haven't ever had a dunk test done, but I've had the biometric impedance and the skin fold calipers done many times. My goal weight is based upon the most recent results of both of those two tests.

I thought 130 was a 'reasonable' goal for someone my 'age'. I knew nothing about lean body mass or fat vs muscle loss. I didn't like it much at 130 so downward we go!

Ugh!! Sassy I went to that site.... Somehow Im 102.1 lean weight and 35.9 fat body fat percentage of 26%... Anyways I did what you did with adding 22% to my lean weight got 124.5.
aerotigergirl... thanks for the info I might go to a gym and get it done :)
