Thanks Glory87, the calculator tool helped me to understand that I would need about 1800 calories daily to maintain my weight and less to lose it or more exercise. I think I will try 1500 calories and see if that helps me lose weight. I am on a low-carb diet which worked great when I was heavier, but having trouble losing now. I added up my calories the other day and am only averaging about 1200 daily and exercising every day. I might be getting too little to eat now and my body could be trying to hold on to this last 14 lbs.
