April 5th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

  • Fail to plan, plan to fail. What do you have planned to stay on plan today?

    My a,b,c and d's.
    a and b are eat less and eat clean
    my breakfast shake is peach with whey this morning.
    Lunch-tomato, avocado and ff cottage cheese
    Snack- veggies and a left over salmon filet
    Dinner- chicken and salad
    Later- ff yogurt, ff cottage cheese and fruit.
    If that doesn't do the trick for all evening, I still have some cheerios

    c is for cardio ... have to be indoors unless there is a huge turnaround in the weather
    d is for weights, today is shoulders
  • Breakfast - protein pancake w/raisins, coffee
    Snack - chocolate flavour protein shake
    Lunch - roasted veggie soup (getting sick of this and 2 days to go), yoghurt
    Snack - cherry toms, slice of 2% milk cheddar cheese
    Dinner - beef and bean enchiladas, broccoli

    Water - 2 liters+

    Exercise - 55 mins circuit training w/full body weights at gym before work this morning .
  • Feeling tired today, don't know if I can do it- trying for 1200 calories, yesterday I ate around 1700 and excercised....

    B: nutrigrain bar, banana
    S: teddy grahams
    L: chicken soup
    S: popcorn
    D: chicken, veggies
    maybe a fudge bar for dessert?
  • I am spot on today! And not even hungry yet. At this point I guess I shouldn't be surprised that I can get one day right. But it still feels great.
  • So sorry I am late with this I had a bump in my road yesterday. My car got hit by a boat...So I have been two day on my own no walking and no workouts So I must get back on that track.....Tomorrow will be better!!!!
  • How does your car get hit by a boat?
  • Well we parked outside of the DQ (I had the grilled chicken sand.) The guy that hit my car was parked next to me. When he went to leave he did not want to hit the crub so he cut back in and hit my car with the boat that was hook to his truck....it took off my bumper.... The cost of this was 1251.00 To start with. I dont not know how much it will end up....

    I have another helping of fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese ready. If I go to bed soon, I will have had an awesome day! Go ahead, look at my fitday. I'm very pleased!
