Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day - 1st April
Morning :).
Breakfast - grape nuts w/raisins, 1% milk Snack - sweet red pepper strips Lunch - toasted turkey melt w/whole grain bread and reduced fat cheese Snack - no pm snack Dinner - chili w/brown rice, broccoli Water - as much as I can get in! Exercise - rest day today though I will be hauling bags of old clothing to Goodwill sometime this afternoon. |
We've got folks coming to look at the house at 10 and dinner with friends later. So I'm kind of at the mercy of others for part of the day.
I should be able to exercise and watch portions of someone else's cooking. |
Breakfast -- Slim fast
Snack -- 11 wheat thins chips Lunch -- Judging a chili cook off (like 11 bites of different chili), Lots of water No snack Dinner -- Spinach salad, lite olive oil dressing, lots of water Walking 1.5 miles today, then do ab work this evening |
I want to keep doing this everyday so I get in the habit of it. But I have a feeling I wont be eating today... very stressful night and have a real sore throat. But if I do eat I want to eat good, drink lots of water, and work out on my new rented treadmill!

B - 2 pieces of organic, sprouted whole grain toast, natural peanut butter
S - tall non fat sugar free latte, biscotti from Starbucks L - Turkey sandwich on sprouted, whole grain bread, some Trader Joe's roasted red pepper eggplant spread, tomatoes, spinach leaves S - horizons organic fat free yogurt, blueberries S - orange S - cut up veggies - sugar snap peas, baby carrots, yellow pepper strips, grape tomatoes D - not sure either 1) naked vegetarian burrito from Qdoba 2) 3 veggie tacos with whole wheat tortillas and crumbled garden burger 3) salmon, sweet potato broccoli. Will update with what I decide! S - not a lot of calories today, so definitely something for dessert. Maybe a baked apple with blueberries or a banana with pumpkin butter or a smart pop kettle corn single serve bag |
Oh Glory! You should have come with me last night. The desserts were gorgeous! Not healthy but delicious.

had a ok day yesterday...I will try to do better I did lose two more pounds....yea for me!!!!!!! |
