.Breakfast - grape nuts w/raisins, 1% milk
Snack - sweet red pepper strips
Lunch - toasted turkey melt w/whole grain bread and reduced fat cheese
Snack - no pm snack
Dinner - chili w/brown rice, broccoli
Water - as much as I can get in!
Exercise - rest day today though I will be hauling bags of old clothing to Goodwill sometime this afternoon.
