Afternoon ladies! I had a little bit of a pig out at lunch but if I have a light dinner I am still ok...
B: 1 med apple w/ 1piece of laughing cow lgt cheese, 1/3c f.f cot. cheese w/ 1/3c f.f yogurt w/ strawberry and blackberries mixed in (300cal) S: yogurt w/ 1/2 kashi bar (150cal) L: Indian buffet (600cal) S: none D: kashi 7 grain puffed cereal w/ skim milk (200cal) S: apple and 100cal count popcorn snack (200cal) Workout: Teaching 1hr yoga class tonight |
I've just done next weeks food plan (the first week hubbie is gone) and it's looking pretty good. I'm going to make a pot of chilli, enchiladas and chicken & biscuits. Should be enough food for two weeks actually so might be able to stretch the plan out if I freeze some stuff :).
