Its okay to bindge every now and again you just need to not get carried away, and make sure you walk it off.

Hang in there Kaiti. The good news is that you're on the right path. You've already said that you're starting again! Keep that kind of motivation, and you'll be on your way in no time.

Yep, Yalondah's right... Just brush it off and do a little extra exercise today and drink more water. I know, easier said than done, to "brush it off," but you can't beat yourself up over the slip ups. You are human and it's going to happen.

The important part is getting back up, and not letting it get you off track for good - we've all been there, and you seem like you have the motivation to keep going - don't let it get you down!

Just try to eat healthy today. I think sometimes we binge and then want to overcompensate be eating almost nothing... which makes us hungry and craving... and so we binge again... etc...

Chin up!

It's important to remember that we didn't put all this weight on in one freakishly fattening binge, and we won't gain all that we've lost (or lose all of our pride in our strength) in one either. It was just one day... just don't make a habit of it.
