I just wanted to thank everyone for the support. This website forum is amazing, I really look forward to checking in each day! It's nice to be surrounded by people that are in the same frame of mind! Today I hit my first stepping stone - 5 pounds! I am so excited. It gives me the strength to continue on. Take care and give yourself a pat on the back if you are strong enough to be on this journey!
