Default March 11th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

I keep trying to come up with a catchy phrase for what I need to do ...
Walking, weights and waaaay less junk food?
Cardio, clean food and carrying heavy things?
Lifting, lean food and longer cardio?

How about if I call it Back to Basics? How drab and unoriginal. But it's so true.
So today's nearly perfect day will be weights, cardio and 1400 cals or less. And accountability! I'll see you here often as I struggle to make myself do this properly!

well tonight we are celebrating my moms birthday, so i am treating the family out to dinner. but that doesn't mean i can't eat healthy.

B- 3 egg muffins (recipe from this site; very healthy recipe)
S-half a bagel with cream cheese
L- probably a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and apple
D- 12 spicey buffolo shrimp and a side salad (with a vinegarret dressing) oh and a small slice of ice cream cake we are having for dessert for her birthday.

(not much for veggies in there today, but i'll try to throw some on the salad or something. )

no exersize today. maybe just some stretching when i get home, because my legs are super dooper sore from the cardio class last night)

Today I will not use the excuse that it's Saturday to allow myself to be lazy or eat whatever I want.

I will eat clean and exercise. I don't have any weights at home, but I will use old detergent bottles for free weights. I will walk and sweat with a smile on my face.

Swalking, sweights and so far so good???
My shake, cottage cheese and greens, greens and salmon and low cal cesar dressing. I've got lots of calories left for snacks in front of the hockey game. I'll just have to watch their value ... cuz so far this is a pretty awesome day for me.

Did you all notice that Glory is 11.5 months at goal? Good work!

Damn peanuts! I can't get around the fats, even if they're good ones.
