I've been trying to think the exact same way because I think thats where I've been going wrong for all these years. Everytime time I'm good I reward myself with food. Or when its a "special" occasion eg. birthdays, anniversaries, friday nights! :cbg:

But food is the reason I'm fat. So this time I'm trying to change my relationship with food. Food is fuel, not a reward!

Exactly! Now I reward myself with something ELSE! Never food... to me it is to be enjoyed but I can do that even more when I also know I am putting healthful fuel into my system.
