l- turkey meatloaf sandwhich with baby spinach

d- veggie curry soup (and yes the soup means i added too much broth. lol) and cabbage salad

.I feel pretty good right now but am expecting to hit a brick wall sometime around 3pm
. I'm also eating out twice today, it's a co-workers 50th bday so we're doing lunch then I'm going out to dinner with the husband this evening. I need willpower dust mailing to me, asap!

heck i have a 6 miler planned for that morning! surely that will help!
and my exercise today is a 4 miler on the treadmill...
