sounds yummy- ill have to try it. i got some instant fortified oatmeal. has extra iron calcium etc. ill let you know how it is. i also have low sugar syrup... its still 100 cals per 1/4 cup so i cant go *wild* but hey... it could be tasty!
when i was doing ww this past summer i made a really yummy pancake. it actually started out as muffins but i had some left over so i did a test pancake and it was sooo good. i cant remember exactly the porportions but... it had fake eggs (or egg whites) no sugar added apple sauce splenda vanilla splenda syrup (or can use mapple additive flavor) whole wheat and pumpkin pie spices pumpkin (from canned) sooo yummy!! made good muffins too but the pancakes were divine. could up the egg whites and add prot powder for higher prot count. |

Ilene,,,the first time I did the cottate cheese look almost made me gag...it doesn't look pretty eh? But once blended and cooked you can't taste anything but yummy oatmeal...and cinnamon (which is what I always add) |
